Job Description :- 

• Develop and maintain Customer Data Base of International Business-like EPC Contractors, Govt.
• Authorities, Channel partners etc in coordination with BD / Marketing Team.
• Assisting in conducting weekly staff meetings to evaluate progress of Targeted Goals and maintain its Minutes (MOM).
• Daily co-ordination with BD / Marketing team for updating Progress Report.
• Making MIS of International Business (IB) Department  Coordination with Plant, Certification Consultants etc. in India to ensure certification and other required documentations.
• Analysis of Turn around Time of Marketing Dept (TAT) Study customers technical specifications in tender documents give inputs to the Marketing team.
• Surf tender portals like tender tigers and look out for potential projects in various regions and continents.
• Document Control of all technical and commercial papers in proper format for future use and submission to management as and when demanded.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Should be well versed in Computer Application like MS Office & Excel. Added advantage knowledge of MSP and Primavera will be added advantage.
