Job Description :-

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handling of Customer calls and provide resolution with the help of L2 Engineers.
Monitoring of Network and Service touch points of given work area in NOC.
Monitoring Dashboards and Performance KPIs
Raising alerts within team in case of any threshold crossing alerts
Monitoring TT alerts and addressing basic L1 issues
Coordinating with Circle for Fibre, Utility and other related issues
Ensure customer problems are resolved as per the TAT and SLA provided by the business.
Carry out MIS reporting and analysis for trouble shooting and development of ENOC operations

Desired Candidate Profile:

Fresh diploma trainees in Electronics
Candidates are required to have 60% in 10, 12 and Diploma in Electronics
Candidates should have completed all the semesters in first attempt.
Candidates who have completed their diploma in Electronics in 2020 and 2021 are eligible for the role.

Experience :- 4 – 9 years

Job Location :- Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Punjab

Salary :- 3,00,000 – 5,00,000 .

Job Description :-

Maintain network by availability of network elements in Jio centers
Analyze the network availability gap and drive the actions
Conduct drive test and on basis of analysis create action plan
Ascertain timely delivery of material at sites
Check key network performance indicators and take corrective measures
Conduct acceptance tests and quality audits on regular basis
Lead and supervise field engineers to ensure desired productivity
Identify vulnerable operational fiber routes
Ensure data accuracy and synchronization across all systems/ tools
Coordinate with vendor teams for timely deployment of network elements
Carry out periodic site surveys for new sites rolled out and capacity expansion
Alarm closure for network elements by coordinating with relevant stakeholders
Coordinate with maintenance points and field repair technicians to upkeep the network up-time
Validate open actions against trouble tickets received from NOC and ensure timely closure of trouble tickets
