Position : Engineer Paint Shop

Qualification : Diploma /B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical

Experience : 4 – 8 Years

Job location : Haridwar

Job Description :-

• Understand the necessary production plan and translate the same to optimize Painting Plan
• Ensure, in coordination with Quality Assurance function, that the quality of the products meet the customer demands
• Identify & implement initiatives/action steps to enhance the effectiveness of painting process loading, Painting, unloading, rejection rate etc.
• Implement efficient and effective internal control systems, to keep track of the performance of equipments and take necessary actions to improve efficiency of paint shop in coordination with Maintenance Head
• Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports to match actual performance vis–vis the targets and provide action steps to minimize variance
• Plan & incorporate R&D modifications & new product initiatives in painting process
• Minimize rejections at various stages of painting process
• Lead implementation of key process improvement initiatives to be taken-up (such as ISO, TPM, TQM etc) from time to time in the die casting function
