Job Description :- 

Roles and Responsibilities

Purpose of the role:

• Execution of structure work as per drawing.
• Co-ordinate with consultant engineer for inspection & Develop criteria for survey methods & procedures

Key Responsibilities:

• Topographical survey Preparing data for all surveying works by total station +AutoCAD software to all surveying groups.
• Execution of structure work as per drawing.& preparing all kind of excavation & embakment quantity at site
• Doing Preliminary Survey works for construction works, making reports, cross checking the
• Coordinates, elevation & benchmarks.
• Supervising all activities related to land surveying and technical reporting to Project Manager and consultant.
• Co-ordinate with consultant engineer for inspection & Develop criteria for survey methods & procedures.
• To conduct independent checking randomly for all the sub contracts surveys.
• Review all relevant document including schedule & survey work

Key Deliverables / Performance Measures:

• Dimensional Accuracy of all Layouts
• Monthly Target Achieving

Key Challenges

• Coordination with an Execution team to work progress
• Avoiding Rework.
• Ensuring that the work is prepared accurately and timely.

Ideal Candidate For The Role Knowledge:

• Operation of Total Station & Dumpy level (Digital/non digital}
• AutoCAD to the extent of plotting survey data.
• Revit
• Computer knowledge for communication of Data & Drawings
• Knowledge for preservation and safekeeping of survey equipment.

Skill:

• Ambidextrous in handling Total station and Digital levels.
• Coordination with execution team
• Control of dimensional accuracy of layouts & works
• Ability to work under challenging targets
