Positions :- Jr. Engineer/ Engineer

Salary :- Rs. 2,25,000 – 3,00,000 P.A

Qualification :- Diploma / B.E. in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.

Experience :- 1 to 4 years of experience in Quality Control & Assurance in automotive product manufacturing.

Job Location :- Bangalore/Bengaluru

Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Perform First of Approval, Patrol Inspection & Last of Inspection of All lines
• Prepare the SOPs for parts.
• Review & Tracking of Daily Line rejection and rework, COPQ- Rejection & Rework
• Drive the team for Root cause Identification & Corrective action of In-house and Customer complaints.
• Perform Process & Product audit, MSA & SPC studies as per Plan
• Provide training to Operator & Inspectors on need basis
• Review and revise the FMEA as per plan
• Monitor & Calibration of All MMR
• Track Quarantine material and disposal of the same weekly basis
• Maintain the Quality dept. documents as per ISO 9001: 2015, IATF 16949 :2016, OHSAS, EMS standard
• Drive the team for continuous improvement through Kaizen or Quality Improvement programs
