Qualification :- Diploma / BE/ B Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics
Experience :- 4-8 yrs
Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Responsible for incoming Imported / Local material Inspection as per QAP/SOPs
- Responsible for maintaining Stock co ordinate with the purchase team for exceed or shrinkage of the material
- Implementing and executing inspection, testing, and evaluation methods to ensure that Incoming materials meet the company standards.
- Conduct line audits, and benchmarking studies to determine best practices/designs and future trends.
- Recommend solutions without compromising quality or service while optimizing cost which includes detailed reports and performance records of suppliers
- Monitor and report on quality and performance by understanding any commercial
- issues and impacts. Stay current and up to date on any changes that may affect the supply
- Performs internal audits/assessments by collecting and analyzing objective
- evidence regarding issues and risks Utilizes control charts and other quality tools to make
- improvement decisions
