Qualification :- Diploma / BE/ B Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics

Experience :- 4-8 yrs

Roles & Responsibilities :-

Responsible for incoming Imported / Local material Inspection as per QAP/SOPs
Responsible for maintaining Stock co ordinate with the purchase team for exceed or shrinkage of the material
Implementing and executing inspection, testing, and evaluation methods to ensure that Incoming materials meet the company standards.
Conduct line audits, and benchmarking studies to determine best practices/designs and future trends.
Recommend solutions without compromising quality or service while optimizing cost which includes detailed reports and performance records of suppliers
Monitor and report on quality and performance by understanding any commercial
issues and impacts. Stay current and up to date on any changes that may affect the supply
Performs internal audits/assessments by collecting and analyzing objective
evidence regarding issues and risks Utilizes control charts and other quality tools to make
improvement decisions
