Position :- Sr. Engineer/Engineer

Job Location :- Mysore/Mysuru

Salary :- ₹ 5,00,000 – 7,00,000 P.A

Qualification :- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience :- 4 – 8Yeras 

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Experience with the process of stage & progressive tooling.
• Experience with drawing study w.r.t machine & material.
• Identify the critical spare parts of tools, jigs & fixtures.
• Deployment of suitable candidate is must. Productivity Improvement.
• Adherence of Preventive schedule for Tool Maintenance.
• Understanding about history of tooling.
• Ensure timely repair of tools, Jigs & fixtures.
• Identify teething problems during development phase.
• Design & development of Press tools, welding fixtures, gauges with documentation like PPAP, APQP & FMEA.
• Productivity improvement activity through various techniques.
• Cost reduction endeavour through Man, Machine, and Material Capacity assessment & benchmarking study.
