Position :- Senior Engineer Electrical – Maintenance   

Qualification :- Diploma in Electrical, B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical

Experience :- 8 – 12 years

Job Location :- Chengalpattu, Chennai, Mahindra World City

Salary :- 5,00,000 – 5,50,000 P.A.

Job Description :- 

• Overall Electrical In charge for Press Shop, Pipe Shop, Tubemill, AL & ISUZU line machines
• Exposure about PLC & Hmi Backup Management, Mitsubishi, Siemens, LS, Omron & Messung PLC
• Trouble shooting & PLC program modification in Mitsubishi & Siemens PLC
• Knowledge and Planning of New machine Commissioning & Installation
• Spares Management – PLC, HMI, I/O Modules & AD/DA Modules & Robot Spares
• Preventive & Breakdown knowledge about Yaskawa, OTC & Panasonic Robots
• Mig & Tig welding machines knowledge and welding process OTC, Panasonic, Esab, Protec, Sun Power
• Knowledge and planning of Machine Modification & Layout changes
