Position :-  Field Service Technicians – Across India

Qualification :- ITI  / Diploma

Experience :- 1 – 3 years

Job Location :- Srinagar, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Jaipur, Delhi / NCR, Maharashtra

Salary :- 1,50,000 – 3,00,000 P.A.

 Job Description :- 

• Identify and diagnose problems in the electronic/electrical appliance, ensure its repaired and made functional within the standard turnaround time.
• proper feedback /response to customer /dealer
• positive attitude and behavior, acting as co’s brand ambassador
• timely feedback regarding the shortage of spare parts to plan and maintain proper inventory at different levels by the company
• feedback regarding upgradations/ modifications / common and recurring problems in the product
