Job description :- 

Roles and Responsibilities

• To prepare estimates, bill of quantities, framing of item specifications for projects. To co-ordinate with team and contractors.
• Supervision and Execution Structure work, Brick Work.
• Finishing Work, External Development etc.
• Preparation of D.P.R , D.L.R with assurance of submission on daily.
• Basis with next day Planning.
• Study of Complete Drawing and ensured that the execution activities at site is as per Drawing Keeping records of New and revised drawing.
• Contractor billing.
• Reconciliation& Requirements of Materials.
• Monthly Target Planning, Budget & M.P.R
• Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule and getting it certified .
