At Synnova we are committed to quality, timely delivery and customized service. On the anvil are plans to multiply our manufacturing capacity from 3,50,000 gears per month to an extensive 10,00,000 gears per month in a span of five years.

Job Role:

• Operating machines used for gear manufacturing (CNC, VMC, Hobbing, shaving, Shaping, grinding, etc)
• To measure products with the help of instrument like Vernier, Micrometer, and other gauges.

Qualification: ITI (18-20,19-21,20-22, 21-23, 22-24), Diploma (Mechanical & Electrical)

Age Limit: 18 to 25 Years

Gender: Male

Experience: Freshers

Salary:

• ITI Pass: Rs.15,300/- per month
• Diploma Pass: Rs.16,500/- per month
• ITI: After 1st Year – Rs.17,000/-
• 2nd year – Rs.18,500/-
• 3rd year- Rs.20,000/-
• Diploma Pass: After 1st Year-18,500/-
• 2nd year- Rs. 20,000/-
• 3rd year- Rs.21,500/-

Other Benefits:

• Bonus will be paid twice in year 1st in April & 2nd in Diwali (on basic salary).
• Bachelor accommodation will be provided on sharing basis for outside Gujarat candidate.
• One-time food will be provided at 50% cost (25rs/token).
• Night snack provided free of cost.
• Transportation Facility (Free of cost from hostel to plant).
• Earn Leave (1.5 leaves are credited every 30 work days).
• WC Policy & Road Accident Policy.
