Qualification :- ITI/ Diploma in ITI ( Electrician ) 

Experience :- candidate with 2/3 years experince of Retail stores, mall, Hospitals Multiplexes, Facility Management.( PWD license).

Job Description :- 

• Define a budget, with the help of store finance and store manager for store maintenance keeping in view upcoming changes and extensions.
• Build and maintain relationship with local vendors (service providers) for store upkeep – house keeping and facility management.
• To ensure that the store is merchandised as per the merchandising manual i.e. all the gondolas and the fixtures are adequately lighted.
• To ensure that the store has enough fixtures and materials to display products.
• Initiate and monitor periodic preventive and regular maintenance activities to keep the store facilities such as refrigerators, heaters, HVAC, power supplies, electrical, mechanical and other equipment, escalators, etc. in properly working condition.
• In case of any break-down or faults, the equipment is promptly attended to and repaired as per SLA by respective supplier/ service contractor.
• Moving and assisting in transportation of furniture and equipment.
• To make efforts to control electricity cost.
• Annual Maintenance Contracts to be followed up for renewal and service.
• To ensure implementation as per SOP.
• To prepare action plan based on Smart Audit.
• Ensure that all lighting equipment is in working condition and that signage is adequately lit.
• Ensure that the maintenance staff (outsourced) is trained in respective areas to carry out store maintenance activity efficiently.
• Preventive maintenance is carried out as per schedule of the store.
• Upkeep of equipment and installation in the cluster
• Ensuring the timely completion of all breakdown calls from the stores
