• Interaction with customer to understand the needs and providing the product design proposals with the delivery rating of 100%
• CATIA 100% proficiency.
• Managing the design activities with design team (viz design checking , CAE, CATIA, Design Reviews, DFMEA, DVPR, Drawing releases) with accuracy level of 100%
• Interactions with the customers / suppliers / manufacturing / QA to speed up developmental activities as a proactive action.
• Work for Continuous development for product improvements by reduction in warranty / cost reduction proposals etc.

Desired Candidate Profile :-

• Should be Diploma / B.E.(Mech) , with 3-8 Years of experience in Plastic Product design.
• Should have experience in managing design activities with thorough knowledge of GD&T, DFMEA, design standards, manufacturing practices in the area of of Plastic Product.
• Should have excellent communication skills.
