Qualification :- Diploma/BE in Mechanical, Production Engineering

Experience :- 2 to 7 Years of experience in production, preferably in welding of sheet metals.

Roles :-

• Plant shift production activities & co-ordinate with other shifts team leaders.
• Instruct the team leaders about the day to day planning.
• Maintaining the line 5S.
• Monitor hourly production Vs Target, update boards.
• Tracking the consumables required for line.
• Maintain daily production data.
• Follow quality systems, 1st 3 & last record, Poka Yoke verification, Rejection Rework records in each shift.
• Ensure 100% utilization of resources.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment’s, & resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Ensure the operators follow the SOP& all quality standards.
• Lean Manufacturing, Welding (MIG, TIG, SPOT), Production Planning, Manpower Handling, Process Improvement, MS-Office, SAP.
