Qualification :- Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience :- 1 to 3 Years
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Candidate profile and Job roles & responsibilities:
- Review all applicable Drawings, Standards & specification.
- Carrying out all examination & inspection as applicable code & procedure
- Responsible for process stage inspection of supercritical boiler pressure parts as per approved drawings and applicable code & standards.
- Performing stage and final inspection individually/liaison with client appointed third party agencies at shop floor as well as vendors works
- Carry out the surveillance audit at shop as well as at vendors end for maintaining quality & continuous improvement
- Knowledge of ASME and IBR
- Basic Knowledge of prime welding processes – SMAW, SAW, GTAW, FCAW,ESSC and other etc, non-destructive testing like RT, UT, MPT, PT,PAUT as well as fabrication of all types of materials including CS, SS, LAS, Clad Steels, Non-Ferrous materials and dissimilar materials as well.
- Experience in the manufacturing of Heat Exchangers and Pressure Vessels.

- 1.Experience in Air Cooled Condenser Erection & Erection.
- 2.Independendly Site managing capacity.
- 3.Capacity to manage Customer/vendor.
- 4.Selection and management of heavy crane erection activities
- 5.Progress report to Customer /H.O daily basis.
- 6.Prepration of erection schedule .
- 7.Prepration of stage wise protocol.
- 8.Handling Site safety procedures.
- 11.Co-ordination with vendor/customer/inspection agency.
- 12.Manging labors.
- 13.Prepration of detailed work schedule.
- 14.Fullfilling H.O/customer time to time requirement.

- Prepare Generate / Review 2D Drawings of Concrete & Steel structures
- Detailing of concrete Foundation, columns, beams, walls/core wall/shear walls, slab, Elevator structure, stair etc
- Detailing of Steel Columns & Beams covering Sub Structure, Roof truss and Crane Girder, vertical/Plan/Knee bracings, floor joists,
- roof purlins, plates/bend plates, stairs, handrails, cage ladders, monorails, chequered plate platforms, chain link fence etc.
- Preparation of Roof framing and arrangement drawings
