Position: – Quality Engineer

Qualification: – Diploma 

Experience: – 3- 6 years Experience in Injection Moulding , plastic components  and machines tools

Job Location: – Noida

Job Description: – 

• Candidate should have experience in Quality Assurance and quality control of Plastic Components , Machines Components and machines Tools.
• Candidate should have knowledge of Plastic moulded products.
• Check limit sample on every day and verify Work instruction & OPL on every machine
• Abnormal handling to be maintain
• Process and product audit as per given plan
• Counter measure implementation in case of concern in parts at moulding stage.
• Final inspection as per quality standard of outgoing materials.
• Instruments & Gauge like:- All type micrometer, All type Vernier caliper, Height gauge, Bore gauge, Bevel protector, Air plug gauge, Slip gauge. Dial indicator, snap gauge, Radius gauge, Feeler gauge, Tpg, Push pull gauge, Multimeter, Torque tester,
