Job Description :- 

• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and application support
• Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
• Provide after sales support quotations (AMC, Calibration & Repair) commercial
• negotiation, tracking orders, communication with internal departments (As per requirement)
• Prepare various Services MIS and reports and present to senior management
• Keeping 100% customer satisfaction & retention
• Pre sales & post sales application support and meeting prospective clients
• Technical Support & guidance to engineers team
• Generating revenue, meeting & exceeding service targets Team management
