Position :- Wire Cutting Engineer with Auto Cad

Qualification :- Diploma /ITI Auto Cad Trained/Certified

Experience :- 8 – 13 years

Job Location :- Bhiwadi

Salary :- Rs. 6,00,000 – 9,00,000 P.A.

Job Description :- 

• Candidates would be prefer from Stamping profile only.
• Design and Auto Cad In charge
• Wire cut operation
• Spare part Production, Tool Maintenance for Stamping and Die casting Tools

Indicative KRAs

• Customer drawings study Steel Utilization factor calculation for Part Costing
• Tool Design layout study ,feed back for required correction to ensure right Tool Sourcing .
• Installation and commissioning wire cut
• Spare part Development on wire cut
• 5 S of the area
• Out side spare part development coordination
• Spare parts record and maintaining stock.
• Wire cut machine flaw less operation and good house keeping
• Wire cut machine maintenance coordination with maintenance function and AMC Vendor

Special Skills Desired:

• Auto Cad -Certification
• Microsoft Excel
