Experience :- 0 – 4 years

Salary :- Rs. 1,00,000 – 1,75,000 P.A.
Job Description :-
- He/she Should Be Able to Understand GDCR Requirement for Building Plan Design.
- Knowledge of Submission Plan Making
- He/she Should Have Knowledge of Plan Making in ODPS System.
- Candidate Must Have Good Auto Cad Knowledge
- He/she Must Able to Read and Understand Building Plan.
- Reading architectural, structural and services drawings.2.
- Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant;. Agreeing a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project;. Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect;. Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;. Layout & Individual houses development GOVT PROJECTS Project management,site supervisor ,project execution Low rise residential building project.
- Civil engineers may also specialize in foundation analysis,build Understanding of quality norms.
