We are taking turnkey project of from obtaining the permission for construction from the urban local authority to the lock and key.

Position :- Draughtsman(Draft man) Civil Engineer

Qualification :- ITI-Civil / Diploma-Civil/ Bachelor Degree / Master Degree

Experience :- 0 – 4 years

Job Location :- Ahmedabad( Shahibaug )

Salary :- Rs. 1,00,000 – 1,75,000 P.A.

Job Description :- 

• He/she Should Be Able to Understand GDCR Requirement for Building Plan Design.
• Knowledge of Submission Plan Making
• He/she Should Have Knowledge of Plan Making in ODPS System.
• Candidate Must Have Good Auto Cad Knowledge
• He/she Must Able to Read and Understand Building Plan.
• Reading architectural, structural and services drawings.2.
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant;. Agreeing a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project;. Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect;. Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;. Layout & Individual houses development GOVT PROJECTS Project management,site supervisor ,project execution Low rise residential building project.
• Civil engineers may also specialize in foundation analysis,build Understanding of quality norms.
• will be responsible for planning and execution of structural , civil and interior works Design, Estimation,& costing of Civil & steel structural works
• planing, designing, development and manage projects for the construction or repair of buildings, roads, etc.
