Position :- Infrastructure Service Management Cloud Operations Engineer   

Qualification :- B.Tech/B.E. /Bachelors degree or 3-year diploma

Experience :- 1 to 3 years

Job Location :- Gurgaon/Gurugram

Job Description :- 

Key Responsibilities :

  •  Assists with monitoring and tracking incidents to ensure resolution occurs within the customer Service Level Agreement
  • Performs incident notification and escalation to ensure problems/request/issues are communicated effectively and receiving proper management attention
  • Monitoring the infra using various tools and calling out the resolver group
  • Working on various Processes IM, PM, CM etc

Technical Experience : 

  • Technologist constantly upgrades his technical, process to understand and interpret the issue to the Technical team
  • Assists with monitoring and tracking incidents to ensure resolution occurs within the customer Service Level Agreement
  • Performs incident notification and escalation to ensure problems/request/issues are communicated effectively and receiving proper management attention
