Job description:

• The front office receives information and will then pass this on to the relevant department within the company
• Generating the MIS reports We have an immediate requirement for Front Desk executive at our Corporate Office.
• Ability to develop required skills and knowledge on the job.
• Providing a range of reports depending on what is requested by the manager or sales associates.
• You will act as the face of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome.
• Patience, listening, and communicating are all people skills a front office executive must tap into while assisting guests.
• Presentable We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Executive to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance.
