Position :- Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)
Job Location :- Mumbai (All Areas)
Salary :- 3,00,000 – 4,00,000 P.A.
Qualification :- BE/B.Tech Mechanical/ Electrical/Production/Energy with all First Class qualifications.
Experience :- 0 – 3 Years
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- The Graduate Engineer Trainee position is part of long term organization building program designed to develop individuals Engineers into frontline supervisor, manager roles and/or management level.
- Selected Graduate Engineers will be placed in Marketing, Corporate, Engineering, Project, Plant Operations.
- The selected GETs will undergo one year on the job learning and working program.
- After one Year of Training the Candidate will be absorbed in Regular Roll
- As company will be investing Time and Resources on Training, the candidate should be willing to sign a 2 year service agreement.
Desired Candidate Profile :-
- You should be BE/ B.Tech Mechanical / Electrical / Production/ Energy with all First Class qualifications.
- Fluent in English
- Good working Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Power Point etc
- Well versed with internet and search tools / sites
