Experience: 1 to 10 years of experience of aseptic practices and good documentation practices..

Job Description:

Production:

• Handle manufacturing skids, Fedegari autoclaves, Isolator lyophilizers, vial washing and tunnel, vial/ ophthalmic/PFS filling and aseptic filtration, FFS, CIP/SIP, filters, microsphere refiner, Active freeze drying System. Operation, cleaning, sterilization, qualification and maintenance of solution preparation systems.

Packing:

• Ensure operation, cleaning, qualifications and maintenance of manual visual inspection. On line integrity testing M/c, Auto Cartonator, Blister Packing M/c, serialization, Track & Trace system
• Executive/Executive/Jr.Executive/Technical Officer (Production/Packing – Oral Solid Dosage)
• Exposure of handling and compliance of various Granulation, Compression, Coating and Capsule filling machines/ equipments.
• Exposure of handling online documentation of BMR and log books during execution of batches.
• Experience in Blister packing, Bulk/Bottle packing, Track and Trace and serialization activities and cleaning process.

 Packing:

• Exposure and troubleshooting knowledge of primary and secondary CVC packing line.
• Manage cleaning process, challenge test and area cleaning activities.
