Job Description:

• Performing PM activities of Kiln and Cooler equipments.
• Spare preparation for Kiln and Cooler equipments.
• Knowledge of Shell plate bending: Bending of Kiln/Cooler shell.
• Performing jobs at height like Air tubes and Kiln shell replacement.
• Knowledge of fabrication work: Fabrication and erection of structural of Kiln and Cooler.
• Attending breakdown and shutdown activities of the Kiln and Cooler area.
• Conveyor belt replacement and jointing.
• Knowledge of Alignment techniques.
• Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures.
• Knowledge of Work permits system.
• Erection and alignment of Kiln& Cooler equipments like Tyres, Support rollers and Pinions.
