Position :- Engineer – Trainee (Production/ Engineering)
Qualification :- BE/ Diploma/ ITI
Experience :- 0 – 2 years
Job Location :- Pune( Wagholi, Lonikand )
Salary :- 1,75,000 – 3,00,000 P.A.
Job Description :-
- Ensure that the machines are working as per the production plan.
- Ensure sufficient trained manpower for all production – packing, sealing, material filling and housekeeping.
- To meet daily production related target.
- To ensure all activities are carried out as per the QMS and GMP requirements.
- To ensure no cross contamination / product mixing happen in production line
- Is responsible for calibration of weighing balance kept in production area.
- To create list of change parts and consumption goods on production machine and track its min/max level.
- To train the junior members of production team as and when required in topics related to personal safety and hygiene.
- To follow the preventive maintenance plan and to ensure that the schedule is followed.
