Job Description :-
- Follow the Operational Service Procedures for all assigned tasks.
- Ensure the daily log sheet and check lists are being filled up and verified by Shift Engineer.
- Carryout PM/PPM as per guidelines and follow check lists.
- Follow the safety norms of EHS, Ladder management, Chemical Management, LOTO, Work Permits etc.
- Report any abnormality in the system to Shift or Site Engineer and rectify.
- Co-ordinate with Helpdesk Executives in resolving Technical Services related problems.

Job Description :-
- Manage and Direct day-to-day operations of HVAS System to maintain quality and efficiency of the services been providing.
- Work toward optimizing maintenance by instituting best practices processes and programs; corrective maintenance, preventive/reliability maintenance, predictive maintenance, and draft building operational and strategic plans
- Planning and setting up annual energy conservation targets and making best practices to achieve targets to meet EHS and sustainability compliance.
- Associate with EHS department to comply with ISO: 45001 & ISO: 14001 requirements.
- Collaborate with other managers, supervisors and team leads to ensure adherence to proposed objectives and targets to implement Energy & water conservation improvement processes.
- Manage and monitor preventative maintenance program for HVAC with savings plan.
