Company which had its origin as Hindustan Aircraft Limited was incorporated on 23 Dec 1940 at Bangalore by Shri Walchand Hirachand, a farsighted visionary, in association with the then Government of Mysore, with the aim of manufacturing aircraft in India. In March 1941, the Government of India became one of the shareholders in the Company and subsequently took over its management in 1942. In collaboration with the Inter Continental Aircraft Company of USA, the Company commenced its business of manufacturing of Harlow Trainer, Curtiss Hawk Fighter and Vultee Bomber Aircraft.

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited a Navratna Central Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India, Bangalore is conducting the selection drive to engage Ex-ITI (CTS passed candidates) to undergo Apprenticeship Training for a period of ONE YEAR under National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) administered by Regional Directorate of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (RDSDE), Bangalore.

Qualification:

• Operator (Electronics): 3 years regular/ Full Time Diploma in Electronics Engg
• Operator (Electronics): NAC (3 years) OR ITI (2 years) –Electronics + NAC/NCTVT (1 year
• Operator (Mechanical): 3 years regular/ Full Time Diploma in Mechanical Engg
• Operator (Electrical): 3 years regular/ Full Time Diploma in Electrical Engg
• Operator (Electrical): NAC (3 years) OR ITI (2 years) –Electrical + NAC/NCTVT (1 year
• Operator (Chemical): 3 years regular/ Full Time Diploma in Chemical Engg
• Admin Assistant : University Degree regular/Full Time (BA/B. Com/BSc/BBA/BBM/ BCA/BSW etc) under 10+2+3 pattern from a recognized University and (Need to possess relevant certificate of proficiency in typing, PC Operations(Min 03 month’s duration)
• Operator (Fitting): NAC (3 years) OR ITI (2 years) –Fitter + NAC/NCTVT (1 year)
• Operator (Turning): NAC (3 years) OR ITI (2 years) –Turner + NAC/NCTVT (1 year)
• Operator (Welding): NAC (3 years) OR ITI (2 years) –Welder + NAC/NCTVT (1 year)
• Operator (Electroplating): NAC (3 years) OR ITI (2 years) – Electroplater + NAC/NCTVT (1 year)
• Operator (Lab): Sc (Chemistry)

Salary:

• Scale-C5 in Rs per month – 22000/-
• Scale-D6 in Rs per month – 23000/-

Age Limit:

• The upper age limit shall be 28 years as on 05-10-2024 For Unreserved Category and EWS category
• Relaxation in age limit in respect of Ex-servicemen will be extended as per rules

Job Location:  HAL –Avionics Division, Korwa, Amethi (UP).

HAL Recruitment 2024 Selection Process:

• The selection will be done through Written Test
• The minimum percentage of marks scored by the candidates in the qualifying examination in the respective trades / disciplines is mentioned as;

UR / EWS/OBC	60% & above
SC / ST / PwBD	50% & above
