Position: – Digital Repair Specialist
Qualification: – 10+2 / ITI / Diploma, B.Tech, Certification in Device Care (Preferred)
Experience: – 0 – 4 years
- Job Location: –Hanumangarh, Jhunjhunun, Sikar, Suratgarh, Churu, Sujangarh, Sardarshahar, Bikaner, rajasthan

Job Description: –
Roles and Responsibilities
- Interact with customers on handset related issues
- Troubleshoot handset defects
- Handle handset related queries
- Record job entry in Customer Relationship Management portal
- Upgrade software of handsets
- Assemble / dismantle smartphones (unibody/duobody)
- Repair handsets by changing screen, speaker, mic, camera etc
- Repair handsets by PCB swap, charging connecter replacement etc
- Deposit of cash collected through service
- Verify handsets for exchange
Skills & Competencies:
- Customer Focus

- Handset repair skills
- Knowledge of spares operations
- Knowledge of CRM Systems
