Job Description & Experience :-
Planning Engineer/Manager :
- 5-15 years of experience in particularly water supply projects.
- Project planning and scheduling. In-depth knowledge of interface plan. Project and cost control.
- Sound knowledge of MSP and primavera.
- Detailed cost estimation of BOQ item, preparation of Ace/CTC/zero budget.
- In- depth knowledge of rate analysis.
- Monthly reconciliation preparation for material.
- Expert in spreadsheets and formulations.
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
Billing Engineer/Manager :
- 3-10 years of experience in particularly water supply projects Client billing – Monthly preparation of client billing.
- Subcontractors billing – Monthly preparation of vendor billing Reconciliation of material and resources on monthly basis Quantity estimation from drawings.
- Project and cost control.
- Good knowledge in ERPs ( SAP).
