Position :- Billing Engineer
Job Location :- PAN India

Qualification :- Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience :- 3 to 6 Years
Roles and Responsibilities :-
1. Client Billing
- Inputs from store and reconciliation with SAP data and DPR
- Checklist for client Billing for each item
- Monthly Billing Preparation of bills in advance i.e. by 25th
- Preparation and Submission of client bill and following for early approval
- Preparation and Submission of Price Variation Bills
- Follow up with Client for release the payments
- NS item update, preparation of proposal submission to client, follow-up and approval.
- Preparation and Submission of Claims
- Reconciliation of client bill with Daily progress report.
2. Vendor Billing
- Preparation of vendor bills.
- Material Reconciliation
- Vendor Billing Checklist
- Implementation of Vendor Billing SOP
- Quantities updating of Vendors as per the progress
- Submission of Quantity Variation to Clients
- Finalization of quantity scope of the project
- Preparation of Rate Analysis of all Major Items
- Providing advice and forecast about project cost / Project cost control
