Positions :- Warranty Executive
Job Location :- Baramati
Salary :- Not disclosed
Qualification :- Diploma in mechanical
Experience :- 2 to 5 Years
Roles & Responsibilities :-
- 1. Assisting superior for processing of warranty claims accurately and timely
- 2. Checking of claims in system related to AMC/Warranty/ Service Measure
- 3. Entering claims data DMS System accurately and within stipulated timeframe of 10 days
- 4. Helping in failed part dispatch to DICV within specified time of 15 days
- 5. Verifying low cost/ small part/known failure warranty claims and forwarding to superior for approval
- 6. Sending Repeated failure report to Warranty In-Charge
- 7. Checking of Job cards to get an overview of workshop for warranty concerns
- 8. Visiting OEM Vendors on adhoc basis for better service delivery
- 9. Maintaining and observing data of customer whose warranty ends in next 2 months
- 10. Helping to ensure warranty checklist – Technical goodwill/Commercial Goodwill/ Service Measure/Transmission/Differential
