Qualification :-
- ITI/ B.E. or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Experience :- 2 – 5 Years
Key Function Knowledge/Deliverables :-
- Responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customers equipment.
- Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers to ensure proper follow-up and resolution.
- Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
- Attending the service calls like Breakdown, Regular Maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Executing Erection and Commissioning at customer end.
- To give the service visits: a). warranty b). out of warranty c.) AMC
- Follow up for PO from customer for parts quotation ref with service report.
- Maintaining proper records of all the service calls and preparing various monthly reports. (Warranty service Visit without charge, Out of warranty visit: chargeable)
- For sale of spare parts need to coordinate with respective RO and get it dispatched through regional depot.
- In cases where parts are not available in the local warehouse need to coordinate with Plant for further procedure.
