Job Description :-
- The role is evidently focused towards resolving HR related queries
- Handling inbound calls from employees and writing E-mails
- Outbound calls for follow-ups with employees
- Handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely fashion
- Understand and manage personal performance (includes Productivity, Quality, On time login, SLA for Complaints) on daily basis
- Working on End-to-End Employee Life Cycle Process Management
