Job Description :-
- Handle the in-house project (New & old), from inception to delivery.
- Manage projects from Civil, MEP & Interior Finishing projects, on time, within budget and with zero defects
- Coordinate with PMC, sub-contractors to deliver quality works first time itself.
- Good knowledge of Tendering, Project Planning, Billing and Execution, Project Management & Construction Works.
- Should be able to review site progress as well as ensure necessary Quality and Safety requirements are strictly adhered to by the project team.
- Monitoring the quality of work done by contractors as per the standards/RFQ
