It has two operating units, one at Trombay in Mumbai and the other at Thal, Raigad district, about 100 KM from Mumbai.RCF manufactures Urea, Complex Fertilizers, Bio-fertilizers, Micro-nutrients, 100 per cent water soluble fertilizers, soil conditioners and a wide range of Industrial Chemicals.

The “Ujjwala (Urea) and “Suphala”( Complex fertilizer) brands of fertilizers manufactured by RCF carry high brand equity and are recognized brands all over the country. These products are taken to the farthest corner of the country by extensive RCF dealers network spread throughout the country. Besides fertilizer products, RCF also produces a large number of industrial chemicals that are important for the manufacture of dyes, solvents, leather, pharmaceuticals and a host of other industrial products.

Qualification:

Secretarial Assistant: Any Graduate with basic English Knowledge

Technician Apprentice:

Diploma Chemical – Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Diploma Computer – Diploma in Computer Engineering
Diploma Electrical – Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Diploma Instrumentation – Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering
Diploma Mechanical – Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Trade Apprentice:

Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) – Passed B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematic (Chemistry as a major subject)
Electrician – Passed 12th class examination with Science under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent.
Horticulture Assistant – Passed 12th class examination under the 10+2 system or its equivalent
Instrument Mechanic (Chemical Plant) – Passed B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (Physics as a primary subject).
Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant) – Passed B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology only

Experience: Freshers

Age Limit: 18 to 25 years

Salary:

Technician (vocational) apprentice or Vocational Certificate holder or Sandwich Course (Students from Diploma Institutions) – Rs. 7000/- per month
Technician apprentices or diploma holders in any stream or sandwich course (students from degree institutions) – Rs. 8000/- per month
Graduate apprentices or degree apprentices or degree in any stream – Rs. 9000/- per month
