- Should have hands on experience in Grinding Processes.
- Should be able to lead the team of 10-12 Skilled/Semiskilled people.
- Need to monitor and ensure production target as per plan.
- Supervision of respective shifts and ensure shop floor discipline.
- Training of new employees and employee skill upgradation.
- Ensure all KPIs are achieved on daily and monthly basis.
- Ensure safe working conditions and work on Continuous improvement Process.
