Qualification :- ITI / Diploma – Electrical / Mechanical
Experience :- Minimum 2 years of maintenance/service experience in Oil & Gas sector /Chemical Industry / Automobile/ Auto ancillary / Food processing / Foundry etc.
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Operate vehicle safely and use field automation systems
- Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Providing Safety Training
