Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engg.

Experience : 1 – 4 Years

Job location : Hosur

Salary : ₹ 3,00,000 – 5,00,000 P.A

Job description :-

Roles and Responsibilities

Shift Supervisor – Shop floor

• Maintaining and sustaining Safety Practices in and around the workplace.
• Man-machine allocation / Planning
• Driving team to maintain 6S in the workplace
• Maintaining cell consumables
• Turn backs capturing and analysing
• Monitoring Daily and weekly machine output.
• Cell metrics analysis
• Maintaining and balancing skill matrix
• Variation analysis
• Parts follow up from RM till deposit
• Trouble shooting activities.
