Job Description :-
- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and application support
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
- Provide after sales support quotations (AMC, Calibration & Repair) commercial
- negotiation, tracking orders, communication with internal departments (As per requirement)
- Prepare various Services MIS and reports and present to senior management
- Keeping 100% customer satisfaction & retention
- Pre sales & post sales application support and meeting prospective clients
- Technical Support & guidance to engineers team
- Generating revenue, meeting & exceeding service targets Team management
