Position :- Wire Cutting Engineer with Auto Cad
Qualification :- Diploma /ITI Auto Cad Trained/Certified
Experience :- 8 – 13 years
Job Location :- Bhiwadi
Salary :- Rs. 6,00,000 – 9,00,000 P.A.
Job Description :-
- Candidates would be prefer from Stamping profile only.
- Design and Auto Cad In charge
- Wire cut operation
- Spare part Production, Tool Maintenance for Stamping and Die casting Tools
Indicative KRAs
- Customer drawings study Steel Utilization factor calculation for Part Costing
- Tool Design layout study ,feed back for required correction to ensure right Tool Sourcing .
- Installation and commissioning wire cut
- Spare part Development on wire cut
- 5 S of the area
- Out side spare part development coordination
- Spare parts record and maintaining stock.
- Wire cut machine flaw less operation and good house keeping
- Wire cut machine maintenance coordination with maintenance function and AMC Vendor
Special Skills Desired:
- Auto Cad -Certification
- Microsoft Excel
