Position :- Quantity Surveyor Civil

Qualification :- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil

Experience :- 3 – 5 Years

Job location :- Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore / Bengaluru

Salary :- ₹ 2,25,000 – 3,00,000 P.A

Job description :-

Roles and Responsibilities

• To prepare small drawings To estimate the BOQ as per the drawing
• To estimate the materials, labour requirement for each activity in well advance as per the guidance of Project Manager.
• Responsible for regular coordination with client, consultants, client Engineers for getting details, drawings required for execution
• Responsible for submission of monthly client bills , follow up and co ordination with client engineer for approval.
• Responsible to maintain the site measurement book and get the client approval for all concealed measurements
• To follow up with client office for timely payment of bills
• Responsible for finding out the non schedule items and working of rates for the same
• Responsible for preparation of subcontractor bills with the support of site engineers
• To prepare a BOQ documents to call for enquiry from vendors/ subcontractors
• To Prepare Subcontractors/ vendors quote comparison, negotiation and get the approval from relevant authority
• To co ordinate for releasing of PO/ Agreement and maintaining all regards about subcontrcators and vendors
• Responsible for preparing/ processing subcontractors bills based on their contract conditions
