Position :- Service Engineer
Job Location :- Pune
Salary :- ₹ 2,50,000 – 3,00,000 P.A.
Qualification :- Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
Experience :- Candidate Should be BE / BTech in Mechanical / Electrical having 3-4 years or diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineer having 4-5 years of experience in machine maintenance activity.
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Problem solving abilities & analytic thinking
- Travel extensively in the region and resolve maintenance related problem
- Will be responsible to close the customer complaint on war footing base in coordination with the team
- Responsibility for taking monthly & quarterly preventive maintenance letter from customers.
- Maintain Planning & Execution chart.
- On site erection & commissioning plan
- Confirmation of foundation of machine as per given drawing.
- Installation of machine as per GA drawing
- Checking movement of all assembly individually
- Keeping up to date customer service logs & internal service records in a timely basis
- To provide prompt service to Railways customer by coordinating with service team and G.M. Pune with the proper communication
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Marketing and other department for execution of M & P contracts and procure their completion certificates from the customer
- They have to make detailed reports on all the work that is done on each machine
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Work Area: Installation, Servicing and tech support radiology equipment.
