Position :- Service Engineer

Qualification :-  ITI or Diploma holder in Electronic’s or Instrumentation preferable

Experience :- Minimum having exp of 2-3 years in Gas, Flame & Fire Detection Industry must

 Job Description :-

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of instruments
  • Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs
  • Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location for AMCs and other customer problem.
  • Provide on-site training to the customers for product handling / complete system handover with require documentation and reports
  • Develop Service technical documentation
  • Outstanding Payment Follow up.
  • Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database.
  • Endorse PPS make/sold products while working on clients site.
  • Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits with field applications as appropriate.
  • Timely completion and submit all required paperwork.
  • Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions
  • Updation of ISO documentation and records.
  • May advise management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product improvements.
  • Consults with engineering personnel to resolve unusual problems in system operation and maintenance.
  • Onsite contractor finalization in accordance with service order
  • Performing site survey for detail engineering in case of projects.
  • Adhere to and follow service schedules prepared by service head and reporting on the same to service head with POA for failure or delay
  • Submission of DAR to service coordinator
  • Project relate SAT (Site Acceptance Test). Preparation of measurement of book / GRN
  • In house servicing of client property as directed by service head / coordinator.
  • Analysis of customer property and necessary action in consent with service head and coordinator
  • Serve customers by installing and servicing systems and products
  • Serve existing accounts by analysis without, planning daily travel scheduled, investigation complaints conducting tests and resolving problems
  • Pre-visit preparation establishes services by studying system required by ordering gathering
  • component and spare parts, completing installations and performing acceptance test
  • Maintaining rapport with customers by examining complaints identifying solutions suggesting improved methods and techniques and recommendations system improvement.
  • Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdown, maintains supplies, performing preventive maintain and calling for repairs
  • Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, large and records.
  • Maintain customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
  • Updations of job knowledge by participating educational workshop and publications.
  • Providing Unique service levels and supporting client needs
