RP Group has two manufacturing facilities to produce high quality products for its customers. These facilities are equipped with state of the art European machinery for slab stock foaming, the giant long sheet cutter, Peeler, Mattress maker, Circular cutting machines and imported foam manufacturing plant as well. For curing we have a humongous space with proper cranes for lifting and shifting the long blocks. The high pressure foaming machine Ultima Plain Block Top Paper System with Cell Control Technology ( CCT) form Opus Technical Ltd of Manchester UK having PLC of Siemen’s System for high quality technical & comfort foam products both in ether and ester as well. In fact Opus Ultima were the first to develop and install the combined high pressure liquid lay down and fall plate technology. They have been at the forefront of the major developments in the polyurethane foam Industry for last 40 years.
Position :- ITI Technician
Qualification :- Any Graduate
Experience :- 0 – 2 years
Job Location :- Delhi / NCR
Salary :- 50,000 – 1,50,000 P.A.
Job Description :-
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Safety knowledge and PPEs requirements in Foam / Chemical Industries
- equipment alignment
- HDPE & PVDF pipe line fabrication and fitting work
- Utility and plant operation and maintenance activity
- Glass lined reactor and glass equipment maintenance work
- Shift report / PM documentation work
- To avoid overtime during present team leave, to avoid delay in plants job, modification, day to day maintenance activities as per company norms
- Hands on experience of service & maintenance of pumps, gear box, chiller unit, air compressor, hydraulic machine etc
- Expert in glass item service & repair job
- Hands on glass lined reactors & accessories service & maintenance
- Knowledge of shift report and documentation
- Knowledge about PDVF & HDPE pipe line welding
