Qualification :- B.tech / Diploma in Electronics / Telecommunication
Experience :- 3 – 5 Years
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Independently setup molds and machines for mold trials and production
- Responsible for controlling and optimizing process parameters to ensure the highest quality level and maximum productivity
- Perform R.M. planning, component production plan, stock maintenance, dispatch
- Plan and perform preventive maintenance of molding machines with maintenance department, preventive and breakdown maintenance of molds
- Perform and monitor component quality checks and dimensions
- Responsible for ensuring the operation of the machines to accomplish the production plan.

Position :- Paint Engineer
Job Location :- Hosur

Qualification :- Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Plastic Engineering
Experience :-
- 1 – 6 years of relevant experience in similar industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge on Plastic & Injection molding paint shop process
- Knowledge of Paint shop testing Instrument.
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Responsible for trouble shooting of application and plastic parts paint defects
- Preparation of daily painting reports
- Monitoring process parameter and Top coat lines. (bath parameter, Topcoat booth parameter like Dust count and Oven TTR etc.)
- Responsible for shop floor activities and manpower safety
- Analysis of the defects of rework and rejection of parts and find causes
- Daily work schedule and production documents follow-up
- Paint mixing ratio with work instructions standard.
- Maintain all Paint shop quality records like SPR Data, OEE Data, COPQ Data, and Problem solving reports
- Sort out the paint problem during painting & after painting.
